Two buildings owned by Warimpex in Poland, Mogilska 43 Office in Kraków and Ogrodowa Office in Łódź, have been awarded BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and Well Health & Safety certificates.
For their BREEAM assessments, the buildings were highly rated for their convenient locations with close proximity to public transportation, facilities for cyclists, high levels of building comfort, effective waste management and the use of local materials with their own environmental certificates.
While for the Well Health & Safety certificates, among the main factors were the buildings’ disinfection and cleaning procedures, emergency preparation plans, health care availability, water and air
