Work on Galeria Północna to start in July
POLAND Construction work on the Galeria Północna shopping centre in Warsaw’s Białołęka district is set to start at the beginning of July at the latest, according to Piotr Kroenke, the general director of Globe Trade Centre Polska, which is the property’s investor and developer.

Berger wins A1 motorway contract
POLAND A consortium of Berger Bau Polska and Berger Bau has been chosen by the Katowice branch of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) to construct a section of the A1 motorway near Częstochowa between the Blachownia interchange (excluding the interchange itself) and the Zawodzie interchange (including the interchange).

POLAND General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has chosen three contractors for Warsaw’s Southern Ring Road. The project will be built by Warbud and two companies which in the past took part in building the central section of Warsaw’s underground, Astaldi and Gϋlermak.
