Sweden Panattoni enlarges its Swedish portfolio
Panattoni has acquired two properties near Gothenburg, Sweden. The brownfield sites will be replaced by a modern 43,000 sqm facility.

CTP has strengthened its presence in Serbia with the acquisition of a significant parcel of land which will provide 50,000 sqm of lettable space in Kragujevac.

Germany CTP secures major brownfield site
CTP has agreed to a EUR 155 mln deal to acquire an industrial site spanning over 830,000 sqm in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia. The seller is Vallourec, a manufacturer of pipe systems.

CTP has expanded its Polish land bank by nearly half a million sqm. The company has purchased investment land in four locations that provide the opportunity to build approximately 200,000 sqm of leasable space.

Germany More land for Garbe
Garbe Industrial Real Estate has secured another plot of land in Rüdenhausen, Germany. The Hamburg-based project developer is planning a logistics centre with a total area of around 19,200 sqm on the site.

Croataia Slovaks invest in Croatia
Slovak investment fund Prvý realitný fond, through its company Logis Rugvica, has acquired a plot of land in the area of the village of Sveta Helena near Zagreb. This marks the fund's debut on the Croatian market.

Tree Development Group, through a special purpose vehicle, has acquired investment land in the centre of Łódź. A residential project will be built on the plot.

Austria Laufen Austria got a new owner
Laufen Austria site in Wilhelmsburg has been sold to a private investor. The zone combines two sites with a total area of approx. 75,000 sqm and a building stock of around 58,500 sqm.

Wrocław-based Satoia has acquired a 10 ha plot in Wolbórz from CPD for an undisclosed sum. The land has the potential for the development of an app. 43,000 sqm warehouse project.

Atman, ICT service provider, has purchased an investment site of nearly 6 hectares in Duchnice, in the municipality of Ożarów Mazowiecki. The company provides data security and applications using its own fibre-optic network, servers and cloud computing.

Germany Garbe Industrial expands in Thuringia
Garbe Industrial Real Estate has acquired a 47,000 sqm plot of land ready for construction in Thuringia, Germany, which can be used for both commercial and logistical purposes. Construction is expected to begin in Q2 of 2023.

Swedish developer Skanska has acquired around 20 ha of land in Kraków from the Polish postal service Poczta Polska for PLN 90 mln.

POLAND Fifty acres bought west of Warsaw
A parcel of plots amounting to more than 50 ha in Wiskitki close to Żyrardów (about 50 km west of central Warsaw) has been acquired by an undisclosed commercial real estate developer, according to JLL, which handled the transaction.

CZECH REPUBLIC HB Reavis sells Prague plot for “record” sum
Slovakian real estate group HB Reavis has sold the site of the now demolished Transgas complex in central Prague to Czech developer PSN for CZK 870 mln (app. EUR 72 mln), which it claims is a record sum for such transactions.
