ROMANIA First Property Group has entered into a lease with Teconnex, for around one-third of its warehouse in Tureni, Romania. The rent payable by Teconnex comes to around EUR 135,000 per annum.

POLAND For the first time ever, a single region (Central Poland) recorded a take-up of over 1 mln sqm, according to the “Market in Minutes – Warehouse and Industrial Market in Poland” report by Savills.
