Deep freeze in Błonie
POLAND Frigo Logistics, a logistics operator specialising in the distribution of deep-frozen foodstuffs, has occupied nearly 1,200 sqm of temperature-controlled warehouse space and 150 sqm of office space in the P3 Błonie logistics park 27 km to the west of the centre of Warsaw.

POLAND Global logistics operator Cargo-Partner has leased a warehouse area of 8,000 sqm in MLP Pruszków II. A new 1,300 sqm office building is also to be developed in the complex where the company is to be headquartered.

A pharmaceuticals distribution centre is being developed for Neuca on ul. Forteczna in Toruń and is to be completed in March 2018.
DSV stronger in Sosnowiec
POLAND DSV Solutions is adding a total new area of 15,000 sqm to its premises in Sosnowiec. An additional area of 5,000 sqm has already been added to the space it occupies in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec, for industrial automation operations and just-in-time services.

POLAND The foundation stone ceremony has taken place for the Xeos aeroplane engine service and repair centre in Środa Śląska in Lower Silesia, which is being developed in a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG and GE Airplane.Investment costs will come to PLN 1 bln.
