Prologis CEE portfolio grows
CEE REGION At the end of June 2017, Prologis' CEE operating portfolio totalled 4.61 mln sqm, 260,000 sqm more than at the end of June 2016. With the addition of new warehouse space, the portfolio reached 4.72 mln sqm , compared to 4.52 mln sqm twelve months ago, while occupancy increased from 94.8 to 95.4 pct.

Healthy H1 results for MLP Group
POLAND In H1 MLP Group secured eleven lease contracts for warehouse space with a total area of 97,800 sqm, similar to the amount leased throughout the whole of 2016.
