X-kom’s new address
POLAND Computing products retailer X-kom has opened new premises in the Częstochowa sub-zone of Euro-Park Mielec. As well as a 4,200 sqm office building it also contains an 8,000 sqm logistics centre. So far the employees of X-kom in Częstochowa have worked in three different buildings.

DSV moves to Pomeranian Logistics Centre
POLAND Danish transport and logistics company DSV Solutions has leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse space at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre, owned by Goodman nine km north-east of Gdańsk. The company is to relocate from Prologis Park Gdańsk.

Prologis goes speculative in Brno
CZECH REPUBLIC Prologis has started the construction of Prologis Park Brno, 10 km south of the city. The first 27,860 sqm building is to be built on a speculative basis with the completion sheduled for the third quarter of 2018.
