P3 steps up a gear in Poland
POLAND Since the beginning of the year, P3 has completed the construction of 130,000 sqm of warehouse facilities in three parks; P3 Poznań, P3 Błonie and P3 Mszczonów. Almost all of the new space has already been leased. Additionally, the company has over 100,000 sqm under construction as well as further projects in the pipeline.
Cosentino moves onto Polish warehouse map
POLAND Spanish based kitchen surface producer Grupo Cosentino has taken up more than 3,200 sqm of warehouse space as well as 250 sqm of office and social space in Hillwood & PHN Pruszków.

ROMANIA/CZECH REPUBLIC CTP is investing over EUR 13 mln in the extension of CTPark Timișoara with 32,000 sqm, due to the increasing demand in the area. The construction work should be completed in December 2017.
