"According to the city's development plan, we already know what the main parts of the project will be and what form the public and private space will take. // Skyscrapers are among the buildings planned within the Browary Warszawskie project. At the moment we are analysing the scale and technical parameters of these buildings," adds Krzysztof Giemza.

He hopes they are finally going start work on a project in Kraków. In his opinion this is a very difficult project. "We have to take into consideration the area's development plan set by the city and also negotiate with the buildings conservation officer. We are preparing a new project in the southern part of Katowice. I hope the zoning plan will be issued at the beginning of May and then we would be able receive the building permit by the end of the year and start the project in 2016," comments the representative of Kielce-based company.
