Michał Skwarek

has been appointed sales and marketing director. He will be responsible for communication and sales policy. His tasks will include coordinating and conducting sales activities, brand positioning in Poland, creating and implementing marketing and PR strategies (including preparation and implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns) and media purchases. He will also manage a team of sales specialists. Michał has been working in the real estate sector for over 20 years. Before joining Equilis, he was employed by Cordia – the residential arm of the Futureal Group – for almost six years, and for four years prior to that by Okam Capital. At both companies, he was the sales and marketing director responsible for marketing activities and sales policy. Earlier in his career, for almost two years he was the sales director at Dor Group, and for more than nine years he was managing director at Eurobau. He is a graduate of the Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
