Ștefan has over 20 years of real estate management experience, including 13 years as country manager of Bluehouse, a private equity real estate investment and asset management firm. He has contributed to the financing, development and sale of such projects as Expo Business Park, Victoria Center and Olympia Tower, as well as the sale of the site of Impact’s Luxuria development. In his last transaction, as a business advisor he supported residential developer Alesonor in obtaining EUR 21 mln of debt financing for the Amber Forest development.
