Michał Wojdyła

has been made a partner. In his new role, he will focus primarily on developing Innova’s competences in the s new technology and digital transformation sectors. These areas are the basis of the investment strategy for the company’s latest fund, Innova / 7. Michał has been employed by Innova since 2008 and prior to his latest promotion he was its managing director. He has experience in the private equity sector, having dealt with investments and portfolio companies, cooperating, with such companies as Libet, Marmite, Bakalland, Profim and Prime Label. Recently, he co-founded the Innova technology practice, which is primarily focused on the IT services sector (he has managed, for example, an investment of Polish software house STX Next). Before joining Innova, he was employed by KPMG Corporate Finance. He graduated from the faculty of finance and banking at the University of Economics in Wrocław.
