Jarosław Zagórski

Jarosław Zagórski has become the new managing director of Ghelamco Poland, as of April 14th 2023, taking over from the outgoing Jeroen van der Toolen. He has been employed by the Belgian developer for over 16 years, where until now he has served as the commercial and development director and as a member of the management board. As managing director, he will now be responsible for the business strategy and overall operational activities of Ghelamco in Poland.

Jarosław has over 25 years of experience on the Polish real estate market. He specialises in preparing and commercialising development projects, the marketing of office buildings and proptech. Prior to joining Ghelamco, he was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cushman & Wakefield, Healey & Baker Polska, where he was made a partner in 2002, and by CBRE as the head of commercialisation.
