Iwona Puchalska

Iwona Puchalska has taken up the position of Research & Marketing Partner in Immo Lab's team of commercial real estate experts since June. She is responsible for market analysis, marketing and brokerage support activities, as well as servicing investors in Spain, in the Andalusia region.

Iwona Puchalska has many years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate market. She has worked for one of the leading consulting firms, Colliers International, and for the owner and manager of shopping centres, G City Europe. She specialises in the retail real estate sector, negotiating leases, advising on the development and implementation of tenant-mix strategies for various types of retail facilities. In addition, she has supported brokerage activities in the investment land market in terms of market research, analysis and implementation of marketing activities. In recent years, she has been involved in consultancy and brokerage in the Spanish real estate market.
