Witold Rafalski

GTC has appointed Witold Rafalski as the Head of Asset Management in Poland. Rafalski is a professionally recognized expert of property management and technical service of commercial facilities. He has over 20 years of work experience in conducting projects concerning various commercial properties, such as office buildings and shopping centres. He has held managerial and director positions in numerous prosperous enterprises, for example Vinci Facilities Poland, Kredyt Bank, or NAI Estate Fellows. Rafalski holds an Executive MBA diploma from the French Institute of Management and is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. In his current position, he will lead and expand the asset team at GTC Poland.
