Tim Sauer

Tim Sauer has joined the management team at Berlin-based hotel company HR Group, taking up the newly created position of Chief Investment Officer. Tim Sauer has taken control of M&A, asset management and hotel development at the company. His goal is to grow HRG through the acquisition of individual hotels and entire portfolios.
Tim Sauer has worked in the financial and real estate industry for more than 17 years. He gained experience in various positions at a US investment bank and then at a German bank specialising in commercial real estate finance. He was managing director and member of the board of directors at various companies in the IMMAC group. Subsequently, he was managing director at MAGNA Real Estate and most recently at Wohnvoll AG.
