Magdalena Kowalewska

Magdalena Kowalewska, chief operating officer of LCP Properties in Poland, has been appointed as a member of the board of directors of LCP, Proudreed and Sheet Anchor - three companies that are part of the M Core group of property investment and management companies in the UK, France, Germany and Poland.
Magdalena Kowalewska has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. She joined LCP Properties Poland in March 2023 to manage the investment portfolio of retail parks and modern SBU warehouse space and to oversee the group's development and acquisition activities. Prior to joining LCP, Kowalewska held the position of chief operating officer at CPI Property Group Poland, and prior to that, she was with Immofinanz for over 10 years.
Magdalena Kowalewska is a graduate of marketing at the University of Chicago, the department of International Economic Relations at the Warsaw School of Economics and English philology at Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.
