Aleksandra Karczewska

Aleksandra Karczewska has been promoted to the position of Associate Director in the Investment Services department at Colliers. She will be responsible for comprehensive handling of transactions and searching for new investors interested in investing their capital in Poland.

Aleksandra has been with Colliers since 2019. Over the past few years has participated in commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, as well as complex advisory projects. She has 10 years’ experience in investment advisory in the commercial real estate market. She has worked at, among others, Burlington Real Estate, BSC Real Estate Advisors, Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors, and Pekao SA. Aleksandra holds a Master of Science degree in real estate from the University College of Estate Management in Reading, UK. She also earned a degree in finance and accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in real estate appraisal at the Warsaw University of Technology. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a representative of the ULI Poland Young Leaders Committee.
