Monika Perekitko

Monika Perekitko has joined the management board of Dom Development as a member responsible for managing all of the company's development activities in Warsaw. Earlier, Małgorzata Kolarska resigned as vice-president of the management board, effective 31 December 2023.
Monika Perekitko has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. For almost 13 years, she was associated with Matexi, where she also served as a member of the management board. Previously, she worked at MT Development (a private equity fund managed by Europa Capital) as director of acquisitions and development and at Orco Property Group, where she was a development and research expert. For the past five years, she has been a member of the board of the Polish Association of Property Developers.
Monika Perekitko is a graduate of the Interdepartmental Study of Spatial Management at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology.
