Richard Cawston

Richard Cawston, GXO's president of Europe, has expanded his current responsibilities to take on the newly created position of chief revenue officer at GXO. He will report to CEO Malcolm Wilson and have global responsibility for sales strategy, including prioritising the most attractive customer segments, industries and markets. He will also be tasked with streamlining sales management by centrally managing the accounts of clients working with GXO across multiple locations and countries. Richard Cawston will head up GXO's commercial departments.
Richard Cawston has over 20 years' experience in the logistics industry. Among others, he worked for XPO Logistics Europe, where he was president and managing director of Norbert Dentressangle's UK and Ireland operations. Since 2018, he has served as president of GXO Europe.
