Andrzej Gutowski

Andrzej Gutowski has been appointed as ESG chief officer, Central and Eastern Europe at Colliers. Previously ESG director of Colliers in Poland, in his new role he will focus on implementation of global and regional ESG commitments. Andrzej will be responsible for the implementation of global sustainability goals in the CEE region as set out in Colliers’ global approach. Additionally, he will focus on expanding and strengthening the competencies within the ESG teams across the region. He will also continue developing an ESG education program for CEE employees and support the marketing and communication strategy for ESG services.

For over 10 years, Andrzej Gutowski has been advising and coordinating the green and wellbeing certification processes of commercial properties in CEE countries. He has helped property owners and tenants reach their sustainability objectives by establishing green practices and tailoring sustainability strategies to meet the needs of businesses. Andrzej has consulted on the certification processes of over 100 properties, including new and existing buildings and commercial interiors, through his expertise in LEED, BREEAM, WELL, and Fitwel, as well as safety systems like WELL HSR (Health-Safety Rating) and was involved in ESG reporting and strategy development processes and connected services.
