Szymon Zduńczyk

Szymon Zduńczyk has taken up position as managing director and management board member of Karimpol Poland. He is the first Pole in the company's history to sit on its management board alongside Andreas Prokes and Harald Jeschek.

Szymon Zduńczyk is a manager with 13 years of experience. He joined Karimpol Polska five years ago and most recently held the role of executive director. His responsibilities included project management, site supervision, technical and ESG aspects of the company's investment projects. He has extensive experience in cost control, organisation of execution processes, and supervision of subcontractors. Szymon Zduńczyk has been involved in multiple projects as a technical advisor to government bodies and private investors in road and real estate construction at home and abroad, including ILF, Egis, AECOM. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.
