Katarzyna Krześniak

Katarzyna Krześniak has joined the Peakside Capital Advisors team as an ESG project manager. She is an expert in property certification and ESG with over ten years of experience in developing and optimizing warehouse and logistics assets. Her role will be to support Peakside in implementing the company's sustainability strategy within sustainable development and report and analyse the profitability of projects in the developer’s current and planned portfolio.
Before joining Peakside, Katarzyna Krześniak, was a leader in sustainable development for many years, on behalf of the investor and general contractor NG Concept. She has also cooperated with leading consulting firms: such as JW+A - as head of operations in Sustainability and Arup Polska - as senior sustainable construction expert. She is a member of PLGBC.
