Jacek Kałużny

Jacek Kałużny has been appointed as head of Operational Capital Markets in Savills Poland. He has 15 years of experience in the living sectors and specialises in real estate advisory, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. During his career, he has worked on the development and execution of numerous PRS and affordable housing projects. The Savills OCM division advises clients in the multifamily, single family, co-living, student accommodation, senior living, healthcare, hotels and self-storage sectors across the UK and EMEA.
