Monika Dmitruk

Monika Dmitruk has been appointed as head of technical consultancy services related to sustainable development area. She will be responsible for the development of the services, and will support clients in areas including energy audits and decarbonisation strategies, as well as advice related to renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics, wind farms and heat pumps, among others.

Monika Dmitruk joined Colliers in 2012. She specialises in office project management for corporate tenants and property owners, as well as construction consultancy related to environmental and energy efficiency issues. Monika Dmitruk has over 20 years of experience in the construction consultancy industry. Prior to joining Colliers, she gained experience in project management for DTZ, where she was responsible for the coordination and implementation of construction projects.
