Karolina Kunciak

Karolina Kunciak has taken up the position of director responsible for retail streets at CBRE.

She started her career in the premium residential property sector. She also has experience in commercialisation of retail and service premises, as a person responsible for establishing relations with investors. Karolina worked in commercial real estate at BNM - Real Estate Advisory, among others. She has experience in advising both chain and private clients, including developers, as well as international investment funds. She has worked on both the tenant side and the building owner side. Karolina has advised tenants from a variety of sectors, including medical, catering and education.
