Bartosz Guss

Bartosz Guss will take over as CEO of the Polish Association of Developer Companies (PZFD) from the beginning of July. Guss declares that dialogue and cooperation with local governments will be one of the priorities of the PZFD's activities. He sees building partnerships with local governments, introducing new standards, innovative solutions, promoting good practices and ensuring stability and development as a priority.
Bartosz Guss has gained extensive professional experience in public institutions. He is an experienced local government officer, having worked in real estate and with business for more than 20 years. For the last few years, he was the vice mayor of Poznań. He was involved in housing policy, urban planning and architecture, spatial planning, building supervision and investor services. He is a lawyer by profession.
