Olga Wałkiewicz

Olga Wałkiewicz has joined the Peakside Capital Advisors team as leasing director. In this role, she will be responsible for the commercialisation of the warehouse properties in Peakside’s logistics portfolio in Poland. Olga will implement the firm’s leasing strategy, including negotiating lease terms, executing lease contracts, building relationships with potential clients, and cooperating with third-party agents.

Wałkiewicz brings 25 years of experience in the industrial and warehouse real estate sector. Prior to joining Peakside, she spent 10 years with Panattoni, where she was responsible for the development and leasing of new warehouse projects, as well as the company's leasing strategy. Earlier in her career, she had worked for 15 years at Jartom, a real estate agency, collaborating with leading warehouse developers and overseeing brokerage operations in the industrial real estate market.

Olga graduated from the University of Warsaw. She holds a Real Estate Agent licence and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
