Jesika Mackiewicz

Jesika Mackiewicz has taken up the position of business manager of Warsaw projects at Matexi Polska. In her new role, she will be responsible for co-creating and implementing the company's strategy through the development of a residential portfolio in the capital, including land purchases and investment preparation.

Mackiewicz has been involved in the real estate industry for over 10 years. During this time she has secured or sold land for several thousand flats in Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw and the Tri-City. On behalf of Develia, she participated in a joint venture transaction with TFI Rockbridge and Derby Investments concerning the construction of the Morska Park estate in Gdynia. Previously, as a director at Nexity Poland, she was responsible for securing and acquiring land and establishing its residential use by obtaining relevant administrative decisions, among others. Jesika is a graduate of the University of Warsaw.
