Maciej Matusiak has been appointed to the supervisory board. He is a graduate of the Łódź University of Technology and is a qualified chartered financial analyst (CFA). He also holds a stockbroker’s licence. Between 1995 and 1996 he was a stockbroker and financial analyst in the capital investment department of Daewoo Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeniowe. Between 1996 and 1998 he worked as a financial analyst in the brokerage of PKO BP. From 1998 to 2002 he worked for Commercial Union – first in the life insurance investment department and then in investment management. Since 2006 he has been the president of Artemis Investment in Warsaw. He is currently on the supervisory boards of: Interbud Lublin, Drop, Qumak, LPP and Grupa Kęty.
