Łukasz Tomczyk

Łukasz Tomczyk has joined the White Star Real Estate team, taking up the position of director of Elektrownia Powiśle. In his new role, he will be responsible for further development of the project, including property management, strategy implementation and tenant care.

Łukasz has many years of experience in real estate and shopping centre development. For the last few years, as an asset manager in the Capital Park Group, he was responsible for the operation of Warsaw's Norblin Factory. He gained professional experience at Atrium Poland Real Estate Management, Unibail-Rodamco and BSC Real Estate Advisors. His areas of expertise include real estate and property management, shopping centres, tenant care and contract negotiations.
