Andrzej Szczepanik

Andrzej Szczepanik has been promoted to the position of manager of the Colliers office in Łódź and has taken over the management of the company's local branch. In his new role, he will be responsible for, among others, maintaining cooperation with clients in Łódź and the region, acquiring new business partners, building Colliers' development strategy on the local market and conducting key consulting processes.
Andrzej Szczepanik joined the Colliers team in 2018, strengthening the office department. He has 14 years of experience in the real estate market. Representing tenants, he has completed more than 60 transactions for a total area exceeding 60,000 sqm. Prior to joining Colliers, Andrzej Szczepanik gained experience at OPG Property Professionals, where he was a business development manager, serving investors, tenants and individual clients.
Andrzej Szczepanik completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Investment and Valuation at the University of Łódź. Prior to that, he obtained a Master's degree in Tourism and Recreation at the same university. He also holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the Technical University of Łódź.
