Monika Bronicka, director, head of Valuation and Advisory, Business Development, has become a board member of Avison Young in Poland. She will be responsible for the operation and development of three divisions: Valuation and Advisory, Research and Data Management, Technical Advisory and Project Management. She will also support the firm's president, Michał Ćwikliński, in activities related to the development of the entire firm in Poland.
Monika Bronicka is a real estate appraiser and manager with almost 20 years of professional experience. She joined Avison Young in 2021 to build a new business line - the Valuation and Advisory department. During her career she was also an expert witness and taught real estate consultancy at the Krakow University of Economics. She is a member of RICS and is also accredited by HypZert MLV, which entitles her to perform real estate valuations for German banks financing investments in Poland.
