Panattoni is making changes to the structure of its Capital Markets Poland department - the new positions are occupied by Damian Stężycki, Joanna Karwowska and Michał Stanisławski. Damian Stężycki, previously head of Capital Markets Poland, will act as managing director of the department. He will be responsible for the strategic management of Panattoni's Capital Markets operations in Poland, including financing and capital markets, with a focus on further development and stabilisation of operations.
Damian Stężycki has 20 years in the real estate industry. He has worked at Panattoni since 2008, having previously been part of the JLL team for eight years. He holds an Executive MBA from the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology.
