Jonathan Cohen

Jonathan Cohen has joined MDC2 as the new head of construction. His main responsibility will be to ensure construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, safely and to the required quality standards. Jonathan Cohen will work alongside Jeremy Cordery, MDC2's chief operating officer and founder.
Jonathan Cohen is an international property and construction expert with over 35 years' experience, including over 25 years in Poland. He graduated from Leeds Polytechnic in 1992 and gained MRICS accreditation in 1997, later extending to Chartered Project Management Surveyor accreditation in 2002. Since then he has combined business management with practical project management, cost estimation and technical consultancy to a wide range of property owners and occupiers across a variety of commercial property sectors.
Jonathan Cohen has held senior management or partner positions with property developers and consultancies such as Gleeds, Avestus, CBRE and Colliers. He has been involved in office and logistics projects, and has also worked on projects, BTS, BTO and development projects totalling in excess of 1 mln sqm. He has worked with developers such as Prologis, Segro and Panattoni. Prior to joining MDC2, he was a senior partner at Colliers Poland, responsible for construction consultancy services.
