Anna Shpatakova

Anna Shpatakova has taken the position of associate director. She will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice to office and industrial tenants. Her tasks will include building leasing strategies for commercial premises, sourcing partners for office and industrial investments, as well as developing a range of dedicated services. Anna will also establish relationships with key companies in the Polish and Eastern markets, including developers and tenants.
Anna Shpatakova has eight years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Corees, she gained experience at the international firm PwC, where she advised clients on commercial leases and organized tenders for office leases in regional cities. Anna is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
