Marcin Kowal

Marcin Kowal, a commercial property expert, has joined the Office Department of Newmark Polska as Associate Director. His key responsibilities will include leading relocation processes and lease renegotiations on behalf of office tenants.

Marcin has over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, with more than 10 years dedicated to the tenant side. He joins Newmark Polska from Nuvalu Polska, where he served as Head of Regional Markets. Previously, he worked for Colliers International and was responsible for the property portfolio of Universal Properties.
