Tomasz Michalczyk has taken on the role of Head of Office Agency at Axi Immo. He will manage the team, acquire and advise key clients on the office market, and drive the growth of Axi Immo’s services in this sector.

Tomasz has over 14 years of experience in managing key assets, executing strategic lease transactions, and advising institutional investors and developers in the office market. Throughout his career, he has secured pre-let agreements that facilitated the financing and development of flagship projects. As an associate partner at White Star Real Estate, he was responsible for portfolio strategy and office leasing, playing a key role in fund relations and investment processes. He has also worked at HelloParks and HSBC.
