Emil Domeracki

Emil Domeracki has now joined Walter Herz as a partner and shareholder, responsible for strategic initiatives as well as business planning and development in the area of land investments. As a partner, he will be responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with investors, as well as acquiring land and searching for the most effective ways to use and increase its value.

Emil Domeracki has over twenty years of experience in the execution of investment transactions in the commercial real estate sector and in the area of financial markets in Poland and the UK. He gained his expertise in this field by working with private equity investors, RE funds and development companies. During his professional career, he has worked on transactions with a volume exceeding PLN 8 bln.

Emil Domeracki managed, among others, land investments at the British company Realty Corporation, and co-created the land department at Colliers Poland for over 15 years. He was also involved in the development of the BTR/PRS sector in Poland, was an advisor to the management boards of BRE Bank and HypoVereisen Bank, and also created sales departments at Raiffeisen Bank and CitiCorp as well as ERA (now T-Mobile). Most recently, he was the head of the Investment Land Department at British Fund Realty Corporation.
