Krzysztof Kałuża

Krzysztof Kałuża has become a director of operations of ECM Group Polska and subsidiary ECM Consulting responsible for the commercial sector. Formerly he was a partner and business development director of Arcadis Poland/EC Harris. Before joining EC Harris he was a member of the board and business development director of Tebodin Poland. He has almost 20 years’ experience in business development with a particular emphasis on commercial development projects. During his professional career he has worked actively to secure several hundred contracts for the technical management of investment projects, from private as well as public clients. Krzysztof is a contributor to the wider real estate sector through participation in market initiatives such as the Centrum PPP Foundation, trade conferences, seminars and memberships on consultancy organisations such as SIDIR (FIDIC member. His hobbies include playing tennis.
