Peter Nitschneider

Peter Nitschneider has been promoted from head of valuation and research to national director. He has over ten years experience in real estate advisory, valuation, investment consultancy and research. Currently, he is responsible for heading the valuation and research department. His team is responsible for valuations and appraisals of all types of commercial and residential properties in the Slovak Republic with a client base that includes banks, institutional funds, established developers and private property owners. Peter graduated in 2002 from the University of Economics in Bratislava after completing a master‘s degree in financial management. He previously worked for VUB Bank in the real estate finance department. In 2006, he co-founded the King Sturge branch in Slovakia, where he later held the position of head of Investment and valuation. After the merger with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011, he was named head of valuation and research as well as associate director. In 2011, he became a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
