Shannon Quilty

Shannon Quilty has joined the company as head of the retail property management department, She has extensive global experience in business and leadership positions with retail and real estate companies. Her career began at Colliers International, California, in 1990, since which time she has held various executive positions. In 2007 Shannon moved to Russia to join CBRE as senior retail adviser where she was responsible for bringing international property management standards to local shopping centres. As of 2009 she joined TVOE, the Russian casual-style fashion brand, as development director responsible for managing an aggressive expansion plan that saw the opening of 60 new retail stores in strategic locations such as Okhotny Riad and Galleria Aeroport. In her new role Shannon will manage Jones Lang LaSalle’ Retail Property Management portfolio with 340,000 sqm gla.
