Marek Ciunowicz is to head the newly created tenant representation department. He has over 18 years experience in Poland’s commercial real estate market. The five person department, located in Warsaw, will specialise in acquiring new office locations and the renegotiation of existing lease agreements.. For 11 years Marek was a partner at Colliers International Poland and was one of the first agents to represent BPO / SSC companies searching for office locations.
