The methods developed by the firm for finishing each building may result in less exclusivity, but there are more of them, which means customers have a greater choice. One option contains products mainly by Polish manufacturers while in another the customer has a greater choice of tiling. Italian products, mainly terracotta and tiling, are the predominant materials used to finish most luxury apartments. A choice of natural veneer doors and floors of exotic woods is also available. The finishing of such homes includes the floors, internal doors, washbasins, baths, shower cabins and fittings. The designer can also suggest wall colour schemes if so required.
Jean-Claude Moustacakis, ul. 44 Złota’s project director, reveals that: “In addition to the finishing designed by Daniel Libeskind himself and provided according to special demand, three other equally exclusive finishing packages will also be available.” At an additional cost, an apartment may be equipped with a modernistic (higher quality products) or ecological package – the latter by employing recycled materials, such as bleached, wooden floor facings, ebony coloured bamboo boards, glass and polyester formed finishing elements in bathrooms. The Daniel Libeskind-designed finishing package comprises interior finishing elements made of unusual materials such as corian, which can be used for baths, showering cabins and formed into unusually-shaped shelves. Electrochromatic glass walls which darken or brighten as required are another element of this option

Anyone who has ever finished his flat after months of back-breaking labour is quite aware of the time that could be saved by such comprehensive offers.
A customer whose job takes up most of his time is, indeed, waiting for someone to solve those problems for him, even should the gross price of his home increase substantially as a result. The additional services offered by Dom Development depend on the chosen programme, though the sum to be added to the basic price is expected to reach between PLN 490 and 1,090 per sqm.
