Okęcie II delayed?

Budimex, Ferrovial and Estudio Lamela, the consortium that is to develop the new terminal at Warsaw's Okęcie airport, is attempting to push back the project's delivery date according to the Polish daily Rzeczpospolita. The investor, Przedsiębiorstwo Państwowe Porty Lotnicze denies this, admiting, however, that small changes to the plan have been negotiated. In the original agreement signed with the consortium, Terminal II was to be delivered by Autumn 2005. Unfortunately, the constructors only received the building permit in February 2004. Accoring to Budimex this makes delivery impossible before October 2006.
