Gillette Factory in Łódź

More than 1,100 new jobs will become available when a Gillette investment comes on stream in Łódź - a disposable razors factory to be constructed on a 16 hectares site. Construction will commence in August, with production getting under way in 2007.The government is backing this venture with grants and tax exemptions totalling more than 50 million zlotys.

Trans-Port warehouse and logistics

Trans-Port the Wrocław-based transport company is concluding the construction of its logistics and warehouse centre. It is to be of 6,000 sqm and to start operating late this month. The construction of the centre is an element of the company's strategy preceding Poland's entry to the European Union.

Kompania Piwowarska in Elemis warehouse complex

Kompania Piwowarska (Brewers Company), a major Polish beer producer, has leased space in the Elemis warehouse complex at Matuszewska Street in Warsaw, owned by the Degor company. A new warehouse and office building will be developed for this tenant, of a total space of 8,600 sqm, including some 800 sqm office space. The building is to be delivered in the autumn of 2004. Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.

Alucentrum's new head office

Alucentrum, a leader in distributing aluminium sheets and shapes has leased an office and warehouse object of 900 sqm warehouse and 300 sqm office space in Sokołów, near Raszyn. The building owner was represented by Unikat Nieruchomosći Komercyjne in the transaction.

Asbis in Platan Park II

Asbis which supplies computer parts to Europe, the Middle East and Africa has leased 700 sqm warehouse space in the Platan Park II complex which belongs to the Platan Group. Asbis has rented 390 sqm space in the office section of the unit. Jones Lang LaSalle intermediated in the contract.
