The limited extent of construction is however beginning to reduce the vacancy rate, though the report reminds landlords, that another 114,000 sqm of space will be added to the city by the end of the year and advises them to accept that Warsaw is still very much a tenants' market. This trend it suggests will come to an end in 2004.
