APW leases space in Płońsk Assembly Plant
APW, a manufacturer of integrated sheet metal enclosure
systems, related to the
electronics and IT industry, is soon to begin production in Poland, has leased
8,500 sqm of factory and office space in the former Ford Factory in Płońsk, (a
town of 23,000 people in central Poland), and intends to increase this amount
over the next six months. The Płońsk Assembly Plant, located on 14.3 hectares
of land, consists of 19,200 sqm of production facilities and 1,460 sqm. of
office space. In the negotiations for the APW deal, Cushman & Wakefield
H&B represented the Ford Assembly Plant and Knight Frank Nieruchomosci APW
Polska.
DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung to lease warehouse and industrial schemes
DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung are to be the leasing agents in four different warehouse and industrial schemes. These are: the Airnet Centre on Al. Krakowska, next to Warsaw's Okęcie airport, which totals 16,000 sqm of space, including 7,400 sqm. of warehouse facilities and 4,075 sqm of office space: the Ozarów Business Centre, fifteen kilometres outside Warsaw, which has a total of 36,200 sqm, 23,000 sqm. of which is still available and whose tenants include Pharmag, Sealed Air Polska, Nowa Era and Nokia Polska: Diamond Business Park Łódź, developed by the US AIG/Lincoln, which has 20,000 sqm. of light warehouse space, around 4,000 sqm. of which is available and Diamond Business Park Gliwice, a planned investment by AIG/Lincoln in the Katowice Special Economic Zone, which is to provide anything from 3,000 to 30,000 sqm. of light industrial, warehouse and office space.
