Topping Out at Metropolitan in Warsaw The Metropolitan office building on Pl. Pilsudskiego, Warsaw, has been topped-out. Hochtief Polska started the construction exactly one year ago and in another year the office building should be ready. The developer of the 38,000 sqm Metropolitan is Hines and the architect Norman Foster. Bogusław WoĽniak from Hines, said that the company was negotiating with potential tenants at an asking price of USD 31-2 per sqm. plus USD 5.5 per sqm. for services. The leasing agent is Cushman and Wakefield HB. Eurocentrum signs anchor tenant Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne, a leading publisher of school materials in Poland, has signed a contract to become Alpha Tower's anchor tenant.
