Mitex wins and signs new contract Polish construction firm Mitex has signed a contract with property developer TBS Praga Polnoc, to construct a six-storey residential block on ul. Strzelecka, Warsaw, worth PLN 12 mln, after successfully participating in a tender. The project, funded by government money, is expected to be joined by a further project for ul. Zaokopowa. Bouygues Immobilier's project in Ursynów French developer Bouygues Immobilier is to develop an apartment complex on the outskirts of Warsaw, on ul. Rosola in Ursynow. The project is entitled The Renoir Residence and will have a total area of 13, 290 sqm; its ninety two flats will range from 31 sqm to 106 sqm and will consist of one to five-room apartments, with a preponderance of those with three-rooms.
