Bouygues Immobilier's project in Ursynów

French developer Bouygues Immobilier is to develop an apartment complex on the outskirts of Warsaw, on ul. Rosola in Ursynow. The project is entitled The Renoir Residence and will have a total area of 13, 290 sqm; its ninety two flats will range from 31 sqm to 106 sqm and will consist of one to five-room apartments, with a preponderance of those with three-rooms. The first building is expected to be delivered in September 2003.
The project's target market will be professionals aged 28-40, who the firm are convinced are eager to become home-owners in Poland. Bouygues Immobilier see parallels between its experience in Madrid in Spain, where home ownership has increased dramatically, and Poland, where they claim they are committed to developing quality but affordable homes.
