Qubus in Gliwice Norwegian hotel operator Qubus Hotel Management is to open its 7th hotel in Poland - a 3-star, 103-room hotel - in Gliwice, Silesia. Echo Investment is the developer of the project on ul. Dworcowa, scheduled to open at the beginning of 2003.   Accor opens hotels in Krakow Accor opened two new hotels in Krakow last month, both developed by Echo Investment.
