Creative centre sold to Butembo
ESTONIA The Telliskivi Loomelinnak creative centre in Tallinn has been sold for EUR 4.8 mln by the Eastern Europe Real Estate Investment Fund (EEREIF) to Swedish company Butembo, according to Estonian media.
