Arco Vara to build Manastirski Livadi complex
BULGARIA Arco Manastirski, the Bulgarian subsidiary of Estonian real estate group Arco Vara, has contracted Komfort to construct 132 apartments and 86 underground parking spaces (blocks ‘A’ and ‘B’) in the Manastirski Livadi residential complex.

CEE REGION Israeli-owned CEE shopping centre developer Plaza Centers has announced that it will be unable to make an app. EUR 15 mln payment due to Polish bondholders on November 18th 2013 and an app. EUR 17 mln payment due to Israeli bondholders on December 31st 2013.
